Rental

Selection of prospective tenants, verification of their creditworthiness, drafting and signing of the lease, setting up the rental guarantee, inventory of fixtures, EPC (Energy Performance Certificate), registration of the lease, transfer of utilities/meters.

During the rental period

Regular monitoring of the relationship with the tenant, monitoring of rent and service charge payments, rent indexation, reminder and collection procedures in the event of non-payment, monitoring of construction work, management of insurance, disputes and claims.

Rental exit

Exit inventory, release of rental deposit, transfer of utilities/meters, monitoring of construction work if applicable, re-letting of the property.

Fees

Our rental management package, which includes all the services listed above, is designed to guarantee transparency in the management costs of your property portfolio. Our management fees are calculated on the basis of the annual rent excluding charges + 21% VAT, according to a fixed percentage of 8% of the rent.
